Breakfast location was the hotel bar and not very appealing.
Room was clean, staff friendly and location was good but restaurant not suitable for a business traveler or family friendly.

Front desk people were friendly. Maid was cleaning the lobby when we arrived.
The restaurant was very small and no one was at the entrance when we got there.
Looks like it was refurbished not too long ago. Bed was wonderful, made up beautifully and they had sleep number mattresses - a hit with us. Other furniture was nice also, and the bathroom was very efficient. Had a good shower head. ...read more

I was impressed with the helpfulness of the staff. They assisted us with all our needs not matter how small or great.
The pool was great, but it would have been better if it had been a little bigger. The sleeper sofa mattress was not fit to sleep on.
It was a great place to stay. We had three generations in one room and had a great time. There was enough space for Grandma(me), my three daughters, and two granddaughters. We were there for the Monkey Festival. I would just recommend a better mattress on the sleeper sofa which we were unable to use due to the poor quality. ...read more

Room was large and the bathroom was nice.
The sleep number bed was not very comfortable
This was a new place for us to stay at in Rockford. The staff treated us well. The hotel was convenient, easy parking, refrigerator and microwave in room and a good size room.
